Today I discovered that one of my favorite homeschool tools, spellingtime.com, is no longer free. It is now 4.99 a month, which I was willing to pay until I realized that was per child. I was ticked off all morning, but now I’m just sad. Farewell spelling friend, we will miss you!

I hate it when that happens! It is sad to see a good site go and I hope you have another one that will work just as well for you. 4.99 per month per child is a little much!

Bummer! I kinda thought that they would eventually charge. The nerve of them ~ We are poor homeschool families surviving on one income in a two income world!
That’s actually kind of mean to do that especially since you KNOW they know that it’s mostly homeschool families that use their site…*sigh*
