If you are tight on storage space like I am, you don’t have room for a large nature book collection. The beauty of nature eBooks is that they don’t take up any shelf space and are available whenever you need them.
Open Library
I recently discovered the Open Library. It is a collaboration with several libraries around the country to provide an online lending library. I love that many of the copies are older books that are hard to find. Signing up for a digital library card allows you to borrow up to 5 ebooks for two weeks.
The Open Library has an option to create interest lists. It’s kind of like your own card catalog. I have started compiling several nature study lists.
NOTE: These lists are a work in progress and I will be adding to them all month. Pin or bookmark this page and check back often for new books.
