valentine fun

I know many couples go out on Valentine’s Day, but we’ve always spent it with our kiddos. They make our love complete and it just wouldn’t be as fun without them. Here is what we are doing today:

We are making these cute hanging hearts for the dining room.

I’m giving each child a Valentine Spinner.

For dinner, we are having our new family favorite.

We’ll end the day the same way we do every year – with a giant heart box of chocolates!

Advent starts on Sunday, so I was browsing the internet for ideas. This is the first year for us to do it so it’s all new to me.

What advent traditions does your family have? Do you have any good sites or books to share?
