catalogs for homeschooling

August 3, 2010 By: amyswandering2 Comments

Back-to-School preparations are in full swing! I want to share my favorite homeschool resource catalogs. I order online, but I like to have the book in my hands to pull it all together in my brain.

Rainbow Resource– This is the Daddy of all homeschool catalogs. It is the size of a phone book – no kidding! Don’t let it overwhelm you, just use it as a tool to see what is out there.

Christianbook.com– A smaller version of the one above, and a good choice if you don’t want to wade through a huge catalog. This catalog is filled with helpful reviews by the Andreola Family.

Sonlight– Tons of great book lists.

Timberdoodle– Lots of educational games, books & toys. They also have products for Special Needs children.

HearthSong– Wonderful toys, games & crafts. You won’t find most of these at Toys R Us!

What are your favorite catalogs?
