I came across this recipe the other morning and these are delicious!

Insanely Easy Muffins

Ingredients:

1 dark chocolate fudge or devils food cake mix

1 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin

Mix the two ingredients together. The batter will be very thick. Pour into greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 – 15 muffins.

We like them best with devils food cake and a handful of chocolate chips. They are soooo moist & yummy!!

You can see the original recipe and nutritional content here.

Head on over to Rocks In My Dryer for tons of great tips.

Tips I want to remember:

healthy hostas

cornstarch sidewalk paint

rosemary in the fireplace

What a great idea! I make a much more complicated pumpkin bread recipe with chocolate chips. This is so inspiring, and the weird thing? I think I have a box of devil’s food cake AND a can of pumpkin in the pantry! What are the odds? I know what we’re snacking on tomorrow! Thanks for the tip!

yummy! I can’t wait to make them. OR better yet, you could make them and have your chilins bring em over. OR let the dogs meet half way.
