The Daily Readings for the December Advent Countdown Box will walk you through the story of Jesus’ birth.
We also make a paper chain out of red & green paper with one key verse per day glued inside. Each day, when the kids remove a chain and read the verse, they get a hint of what we will be reading about later.

You are welcome! I glue the verses from the printable onto the strips of the construction paper before we make the chain. (They are only a small selection from the daily reading.) Let me know if that doesn’t make sense!
