review – Beehive Reader 1

March 18, 2010 By: amyswandering1 Comment

Many of you are familiar with All About Spelling, but have you ever heard of the Beehive Reader? It is an adorable collection of quirky stories that correlates with All About Spelling Level One.

We fell in love with the precious illustrations.

My son(7) is past this level, but he agreed to read through it and give his opinion. He was grinning and giggling by the end of the book (and a bit mad at himself for enjoying what he considers to be a “baby” book.  LOL)

You can see samples HERE.

Beehive Reader 1 is a welcome relief from the dreariness that we have encountered with most of the readers that we’ve tried.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • $19.95

Value: This a beautiful, high quality book. I have a feeling your children will be reading it long after they have mastered it.

See what my TOS Crew Mates have to say about Beehive Reader 1!

I received a free book for the purpose of writing an honest review. No other compensation was given.

March 18, 2010 By: amyswanderingcomment

My heart skipped a beat when I first saw the Well-Planned Planner. Since it was the middle of the school year, I decided to wait on the new one. The 2010-2011 version is now available and it is on sale 20% off until March 31st!

One of my favorite sites for notebooking pages is giving away a Mom’s Home Journal Spring Sampler.
