easy garlic rolls

July 10, 2007 By: amyswandering6 Comments

kitchentiptuesdaysjpg.jpeg

I came up with this “recipe” one night when I was making spaghetti & discovered we were out of bread. (It is illegal to eat spaghetti without garlic bread, just so you know.) They are cheap, easy & soooo yummy.

Easy Garlic Rolls

1 can of the cheapest biscuits you can find

1/3 c. butter, melted

garlic powder to taste (we use a lot)

grated parmesan cheese

Stir garlic powder into melted butter until dissolved. Dip each biscuit into garlic butter, turning to coat both sides. Place into round or square baking dish, making sure sides are touching. Pour any leftover butter on top of biscuits & sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook according to the directions on the biscuit can. Eat immediately & wish that you had made a double batch.

wfmw – insanely easy muffins

June 20, 2007 By: amyswandering12 Comments

wfmwheader_12.jpeg

I came across this recipe the other morning and these are delicious!

Insanely Easy Muffins

Ingredients:

1 dark chocolate fudge or devils food cake mix

1 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin

Mix the two ingredients together. The batter will be very thick. Pour into greased or lined muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 – 15 muffins.

We like them best with devils food cake and a handful of chocolate chips. They are soooo moist & yummy!!

You can see the original recipe and nutritional content here.

Head on over to Rocks In My Dryer for tons of great tips.

Tips I want to remember:

healthy hostas

cornstarch sidewalk paint

rosemary in the fireplace
